My New Favorite Kitchen Item

I have been thinking about getting a KitchenAid mixer for a couple years, but it seemed like too expensive of a purchase for how little I figured I would use it. Now that I am at home full time, and trying to feed my family in a healthier way, I decided it was time to invest in a good mixer. Enter my mother-in-law who convinced me that I needed the top-of-the-line KitchenAid. After some thought and calculation of expense, I agreed.

I found a good sale at Macy's that was made even better by a $50 rebate from KitchenAid found here. And I made my purchase using Ebates so I am getting an additional $20 cash back. Not too shabby, if you ask me!
